2. Booking & Packages
How can I book a class?
All classes can be booked directly through our website and must be reserved in advance.
Clients may choose to purchase a class package or reserve a single session individually.
Please note that class packages operate through a credit-based system, where one credit corresponds to one class within the selected category. Credits are valid only for the package type purchased and cannot be shared across different class categories.
Payment Policy
All classes and sessions must be paid in advance through our website.
For walk-in clients, payments may be completed at the studio using Visa or MasterCard. Kindly note that cash payments are not accepted.
Waiting List & Class Availability
Class availability is subject to capacity and booking confirmation.
Please note that purchasing a package does not guarantee access to fully booked classes. In the event of cancellations or availability adjustments, priority may be given based on booking availability and studio scheduling.
Refund & Transfer Policy
All class packages are valid for two (2) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Packages, class credits, and single class purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared with or transferred to another client.
Refund requests will only be considered where a client is medically unfit to participate in classes and are subject to Pilavie Studio’s review and approval. Such requests must be supported by a valid medical certificate and submitted to info@pilavie.com.
Except as expressly stated above, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
3. Studio Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule a booked group class up to twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled class start time through their booking account.
Each booking may only be rescheduled once, and the rescheduled class must be booked within seven (7) calendar days of the original class date, subject to availability. No further rescheduling will be permitted for the same booking.
Rescheduling requests made less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class start time cannot be accommodated.
Failure to attend a booked class without rescheduling within the permitted timeframe will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be forfeited.
For package holders, the corresponding class credit will be deducted from the package. For single class purchases, the session fee will be forfeited.
Pilavie Studio reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine classes where booking levels do not meet the minimum participation requirements or where operational circumstances require it. In such cases, affected clients will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their booking to the next available class, subject to availability and the client’s schedule.
Any refund requests will be handled strictly in accordance with the Refund & Transfer Policy above.
Arrival Policy
We kindly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class to allow time to settle in comfortably.
Please note that late arrivals may not be permitted entry once the session has begun, and the reserved spot may be released to the first client on the waiting list.
Mandatory Grip Socks Requirement
For the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all clients, grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Barre classes.
Clients who arrive without grip socks will not be permitted to participate in the class.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to participating in class.
